This site has books, DVD’s, audio, and other resources specifically on using yoga to balance your mood by Amy Weintraub.  I’ve used many of them and have liked all that I’ve tried.

DVD’s

Absolute Beginner Yoga with Joanne Spence http://www.absolutebeginneryoga.com

Life Force Yoga to Beat the Blues with Amy Weintraub

Total Yoga-The flow series (Earth- beginner, Water-intermediate, Fire-advanced)

I tried these from Northland library first then ordered them through Amazon.

Try videos from the library first if you can.  Half Price Books on McKnight Rd. has some.

If you feel good doing it, it is probably the right level for you.  If you don’t, go more slowly or try something else.
