DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)
I offer individual DBT therapy to teenagers and adults. I teach DBT skills (mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness) to individuals, couples, families and groups. Since I’m also a yoga teacher, I like to integrate yoga with interested clients. It is a wonderful way to practice the skill of mindfulness!
